Quotes & Orders

• Submitting a Request a Quote form or contacting us via email or WhatsApp is an inquiry, not a binding order.
• Pricing, availability, minimum order volumes, stem specifications, and delivery timing are confirmed individually for each order and are subject to change based on season and crop conditions.
• A binding order is formed only once we confirm it in writing (email or an agreed order confirmation), including agreed price, quantity, specifications, and delivery terms.
• We reserve the right to decline any inquiry or order at our discretion, including where volumes, specifications, or destinations fall outside what we can reliably fulfil.

Export, Shipping & Risk

Export logistics, including freight arrangements and applicable Incoterms, are agreed on a per-order basis and set out in the relevant order confirmation or invoice. Certifications & Compliance
